Domestic orders are delivered within 15–20 business days, while international orders take approximately 20–25 business days.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the wrong product was delivered, or the item has a manufacturing defect (in which case, an unboxing video of the sealed product is required).
Customized and discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. A refund or store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
After we receive and verify the returned product, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method; store credits are sent to the registered email address.
No, we only offer exchanges for the same product or style. We do not allow replacements with a different product or style, even if it's the same price.
