Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Intimate wear or hygiene-sensitive products

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at contact@socialalertstudio.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved:

  • You will receive return instructions via email.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect size or product (if available in stock)
